Blue Topaz

Blue Topaz is a variety of Topaz that’s one of the most sought-after and most valuable. It is a stone of peacefulness, calming to the emotions, and ideal for meditation and connecting with spiritual beings. It is also a natural magnifier of psychic abilities, assisting those who wish to attune to inner guidance, as well as those who serve others through readings or spiritual healing.

Emerald

Emerald is the most famous member of the beryl family. Legends endowed the wearer with the ability to foresee the future when emerald was placed under the tongue, as well as to reveal truth and be protected against evil spells. Emerald was once also believed to cure diseases like cholera and malaria. Wearing an emerald was believed to reveal the truth or falseness of a lover’s oath as well as make one an eloquent speaker.

Tanzanite

Tanzanite is the violet blue to blue violet variety of the mineral zoisite. It is mined commercially only in one area of the world: the Merelani Hills of Tanzania, which is where it gets its name.
Just like other colored gemstones, vivid strongly-colored tanzanites are highly sought after. Lighter toned pastel hues are more plentiful and affordable than vivid colors and have a subtle appeal of their own.

Aquamarine

Aquamarine’s name comes from the Latin for seawater and it was said to calm waves and keep sailors safe at sea. March’s birthstone was also thought to enhance the happiness of marriages. The best gems combine high clarity with limpid transparency and blue to slightly greenish blue hues. Like many beryls, aquamarine forms large crystals suitable for sizable fashioned gems and carvings.

AMETHYST

Amethyst is the most highly valued stone in the quartz family and its main deposits are in Brazil. Amethyst is a powerful and protective stone. It is known as a natural tranquilizer, it relieves stress and strain, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, dispels anger, rage, fear and anxiety.  It also alleviates sadness and grief, and dissolves negativity.  Amethyst activates spiritual awareness, opens intuition and enhances psychic abilities.  It has strong healing and cleansing powers. Amethyst symbolizes deep love, happiness, humility, sincerity and wealth. It can display a range of shades including deep purple, light lilac, lavender pink (Rose the France) and mauve.

Rhodolite

It is known as a Stone of Inspiration, bringing the inspiration of love via the heart and mind. It helps one receive abundance on an emotional level, stimulating one's sense of self-worth and alleviating feelings of inadequacy. It assists in owning one's gifts and abilities, and sharing them with others.
Rhodolites can range in color from purplish red to reddish, almost pure purple, and specimens that resemble amethyst in color have been found in North Carolina and India. However, most gem-quality rhodolites have a purplish red color.

CITRINE

Citrine is a variety of quartz ranging in color of yellow, yellow-brown, orange, dark orange-brown, reddish-brown. The largest supplies of natural citrine are at Rio Grande do Sul state, in Southern Brazil. The Citrine meaning is associated with wealth and abundance and it is one of the best stones for boosting those manifestations. Its meaning is also linked with boosting joy and optimism, which gives you the motivation you need to accomplish your goals. Citrine is known to give energy and invigoration to the physical body.

Peridot

The ancient Egyptians mined peridot on the Red Sea island of Zabargad, the source for many large fine peridots in the world’s museums. The Egyptians called it the “gem of the sun.” Today this gem is still prized for its restful yellowish green hues and long history. Large strongly-colored, examples can be spectacular, and attractive smaller gems are available for jewelry at all price points.

Morganite

Morganite’s subtle color is caused by traces of manganese. Because morganite has distinct pleochroism—pale pink and a deeper bluish pink—it’s necessary to orient the rough carefully for fashioning. Strong color in morganite is rare, and gems usually have to be large to achieve the finest color.
